Your data
Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect as little as possible: enough to know who you are on Discord, to stop one person from taking every drop, and to see roughly how busy the site is. We do not sell your data and we do not ask for a payment method, because nothing here costs money.
What we collect
When you sign in with Discord
Discord sends us your account ID, username, avatar, and โ where the server is configured to check โ which roles you hold in our Discord server. We store your ID and username so the board knows who you are between visits, and we use your roles to decide which sections you can see. We never receive your Discord password, email login, or the contents of your messages.
When you claim a drop
We record that your account claimed a particular drop, and when. This is how the one-claim-per-person rule is enforced and how a shared link gets traced back to the account it was issued to.
When you simply visit
If visitor counting is switched on, we keep a daily count of visits and a short-lived marker so the same person is not counted twice in a day. We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and collects usage data under Google's privacy policy.
Cookies
We set one signed cookie to keep you logged in. It identifies your account and expires on its own. It is not used for advertising. Blocking it will sign you out and prevent you from claiming anything.
Who else sees it
Our server administrators can see your username, claim history, and ban status in the admin panel. Beyond that, data goes only to the services that run the site โ our hosting provider, our database provider, Discord, and Google Analytics. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Account records and claim counts are kept while your account exists. Daily visit counts are aggregate numbers and are kept indefinitely. Claim log entries roll off after the most recent few dozen.
Deleting your data
Ask an administrator in our Discord server and we will delete your account record, claim history, and ban status. Deletion is permanent. If you were banned, note that deleting the record does not restore access to the Discord server itself.
Children
This site follows Discord's minimum age requirement. It is not intended for anyone below it, and we do not knowingly keep data from anyone below it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
