Agreeing to these terms

By using Hidden Freebies you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do.

Who can use the board

You need a Discord account in good standing, and you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement. Some sections require a specific role in our Discord server. Access is a privilege we extend, not something you are entitled to, and it can be withdrawn.

The rules

These are the rules you accepted when you joined the board, restated here:

• One claim per person, per drop.
• Do not share, repost, resell, or publish a link you receive. Every link is tied to your account.
• Do not use bots, scripts, automation, or more than one account.
• Do not attempt to bypass passwords, role gates, claim limits, or any other restriction.

Breaking any of these gets your account removed and blocked from future drops, at our discretion and without notice.

What a drop actually is

Drops are offers from third-party retailers and brands that we find and pass along. We are not the seller. We do not hold, ship, or fulfil anything. When you claim a drop you are sent to the retailer's own site, and from that point your dealings are with them under their terms, not ours.

Stock is limited and often disappears within minutes. A claim is not a reservation and not a guarantee that the retailer will honour the offer, ship the item, or that the item will arrive at all.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. If someone else uses it, that is still on you. Tell us if you think it has been compromised.

Suspension and removal

We can suspend or delete any account at any time, for any reason, including suspected rule breaking. Deleting an account clears its record and claim history. We are not obliged to explain a decision, though you are welcome to appeal by opening a ticket in our Discord.

Our content

The site, its design, and its code are ours. Do not copy, scrape, mirror, or resell them. Product names, images, and brands belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify what a drop is.

Availability

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be online, error-free, or that any drop will be available when you get there. We may change or discontinue any part of it without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from a drop, or from anything a third-party retailer does or fails to do. This includes missed drops, cancelled orders, undelivered items, and problems with a product you received.
